Richland County Community Health Assessment 2011- This assessment provides an overview of health-related data for Richland County adults (19 years of age and older), youth (ages 12 through 18), and children (ages 0-11) who participated in a county-wide health assessment survey during 2011. The findings are based on self-administered surveys using structured questionnaires.
