The Recovery to Work Project, also known as the Vocational Rehabilitation Program (VRP) is a collaboration between Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) and the Richland County Mental Health & Recovery Services Board. VRP allows OOD to form partnerships and establish cooperative agreements that will generate new, high-quality vocational rehabilitation programs, expand services to people with significant disabilities and maximize federal match funding for Ohio.
VRP allows OOD to maintain services and keep needed federal dollars in Ohio while allowing local partners to expand services.
